The best part to being a creator is that there is no path... except for the one we forge for ourselves.

When I was working in corporate, I knew I didn’t want to keep climbing that ladder because I was so over the culture of burnout and profit-chasing that rules in that world. So I decided to pave my own way by quitting this chase altogether and becoming a travel photographer and writer.

Ever since, I've worked on incredible assignments all over the world and published my stories in dream publications. I've never looked back and I've never been happier.

By lots of trial and error, I’ve learned how to publish my travel stories and make this dream of mine into a reality.

My mission now is to help other women publish their travel stories as they break into – and thrive – in the travel media space.

This is the part where you start to think, “But Yulia, there’s no way I can do this, even with your help.”

And this is where I’m going to tell you that you are wrong, my friend.  The reason you’re not publishing your travel stories — yet — isn’t because...

    • You're not capable

    • You're not smart enough

    • You have nothing to say

    • You didn't work hard enough

    • You don't have enough experience

    • And it's certainly not because you're not talented enough

Those are not the reasons you’re not able to find your footing.

Get my guide to publishing your travel stories and let's start changing the media industry — and with it, the world — one published, brilliant woman at a time.

      Hi, I’m Yulia!

I’m an award-winning published travel photographer and writer who years ago leaped into the travel journalism path. After getting an MBA and spending years in large global corporations, I left this lucrative career to pursue my dream of becoming a travel photographer and writer. I’ve since worked with my dream publications — National Geographic Traveller, AFAR, BBC Travel, and more — and traveled on assignments to incredible places like Mongolia and Rwanda. I run a travel company and I help other women get their travel stories published.
